ARTICLE I - NAME

The name of this organization shall be the Service Employees International Union Local 503, Oregon Public Employees Union, hereinafter referred to as the "Union."

This seems like boilerplate. The only  thing that needs to be validated is whether the name matches that on the articles of incorporation. That would be our legal name. If they don't match, then this article of the Constitution needs to be updated to match.
